Return Window:

  • Items must be returned within 5 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact.
  • Any items that have been altered or customized are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Non-Refundable/Non-Cancellable Products:

  • Final sale items, undergarments, and swimwear are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer service at elegancebyaradhana0724@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order to initiate a return request.
  2. Once your return request is approved, securely package the items and include your original receipt or proof of purchase.
  3. Send the package to the return address: 1201 Rishinagar, Kartarpur, Jalandhar, PIN code- 144801, Punjab, India.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed.
  • Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 15-20 days of receiving the returned items.
  • You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.

Exchange Policy:

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Cancellation Policy:

  • If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and you will need to follow our return policy.

Cancellation Fees:

  • No fees are charged for order cancellations made within the specified timeframe except the delivery charges will not be refunded.
